Here is the newest residential subdivision in Sterling County!  The Sterling Ranch Estates consists of 58 lots ranging from 0.50 AC to 1.05 AC.  The perimeter tracts will allow for livestock.  Developer will install culverts for each lot.  Deed restrictions have been filed and allow for only site-built homes (no mobile homes).
